Avoid direct heat - Saunas, steam rooms, hot baths/showers, exercise
Avoid Makeup or products apart from soothing lotion/aloe vera
Do NOT touch/rub the area
Avoid fake tanning
48 Hours
Avoid stimulating products
Avoid using any type of exfoliation
If still sensitive please continue to avoid direct heat
Avoid using any other hair removal methods in-between appointments
If you continue to have any irritation please let me know and seek GP advice.
24 Hours
Do not touch/rub
Avoid sunbathing - this will cause tint to fade
Avoid swimming/saunas/steam rooms
Avoid washing brows to allow tint to fully sit
Avoid long periods of UV/sun exposure as this will cause the tint to fade quicker
Please note that oil based makeup will cause the tint to fade much quicker
24 Hours
Avoid touching/rubbing
Avoid heat treatments
If possible avoid contact lenses
No makeup or other eyelash services
Avoid sunbathing
Avoid swimming/saunas/steam rooms
Avoid perfumed products
Avoid getting lashes wet
Please note that long periods of UV/sun exposure and oil based makeup will cause the tint to fade much quicker
Hands
Your nails are jewels not tools
Avoid hot water (particularly within first 48 hours) - this can cause the nails to lift
Wear rubber gloves when cleaning/doing dishes/gardening
Wipe any tinted products off the nail asap
Apply hand cream
Avoid long baths/saunas/swimming
Don't pick at your nails!
Use cuticle oil!!
Feet
Use cuticle oil
Apply lotion to keep skin supple
Avoid ill fitting footwear
24 Hours
Avoid Alcohol - this has a diuretic effect and can further exacerbate the diuretic effect of massage
Avoid Caffeine (if possible) - this has a diuretic effect and is also a stimulant; which would counter act the relaxation from massage
Avoid excessive/strenuous exercise - muscles need time to return to their normal state
Rest (if possible) - to obtain maximum benefit from the massage
