Skin Nails Glow we allow a 15 Minute grace period. (Doesn't apply to services half an hour or less)

If you are later than this then we reserve the right to refuse service and you may be charged up to 100% of your appointment and you will have to reschedule. 

If we happen to have a space suitable for your appointment type later in the day, you may be offered this. 

This charge would have to be paid prior to re-booking. 

Please contact if you are going to be late!
